Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Johannesburg office. You'll be tasked with handling various IT projects from inception to completion, driving efficiency, and making data-driven decisions. Collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders is key, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establishing project timelines and keeping teams focused on deadlines.
• Evaluating project performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication within the project team.
• Ensuring all project documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
• Navigating through challenges and assisting teams to stay on course.
• Conducting end-of-project evaluations and providing recommendations for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, or related field
• PMP certification is strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodology

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
