Responsibilities

• Advise clients on various insurance products available.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify customer insurance needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Generate new leads through networking and referrals.
• Provide comprehensive quotes and guide clients through the application process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with underwriters to expedite the approval process.
• Assist clients in understanding policy details and claims process.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to ensure continued service satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant qualification in Insurance or Sales is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance

Languages

• English: Fluent

• FAIS compliant: Have qualifications compliant with Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services legislation.
