Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our Port Elizabeth office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing monthly financial statements. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process payroll on a regular basis.
  • Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the finance team in ad hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Communicate with clients regarding invoicing and payment queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Professional Accounting Certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with tax regulations

Certifications
  • Finance and Accounting Diploma
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
