Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of various IT systems. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant IT support experience
