Job Description

Become a vital part of our research team in Stellenbosch as a Medical Research Associate, where you'll assist in designing clinical studies, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance while contributing to groundbreaking research.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Analyze and interpret data results, collaborating with the research team.
• Document research findings and prepare manuscripts for publication.
• Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Organize and maintain research records and databases efficiently.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay abreast of relevant developments.
• Support recruitment and enrollment of study participants.
• Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for studies.
• Engage in community outreach to promote trials and recruit participants.
• Use statistical software for data analysis and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Clinical Research
• Advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a clinical research environment
