Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of complex telecommunications projects.
• Analyse network traffic and usage patterns to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of network operations and maintenance.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix faults in telecommunications infrastructure.
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical insights.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new telecom technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant telecom roles
