Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to manage our projects effectively from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they stay within scope and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to define project objectives and success criteria.
• Assist in maintaining effective communication channels among project stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project schedules and progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks through diligent tracking and follow-ups.
• Support project management tools and systems for efficient tracking.
• Organize project meetings and document key decisions and action items.
• Conduct research to support project initiatives as needed.
• Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Advanced project management qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in leading small projects or teams

• Microsoft Office Suite
