Job Description

Join us as an IT Support Technician, where you will play a critical role in keeping our IT operations running smoothly. You will assist with setting up new equipment, providing user support, and handling technical queries. A strong customer service focus and technical skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.
• Educate users on best practices for IT security.
• Set up and assist with video conferencing and collaboration tools.
• Monitor the help desk ticketing system for incoming requests.
• Work closely with other IT staff to enhance IT infrastructure.
• Conduct hardware maintenance and upgrades as needed.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of IT assets.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT technical support
