As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand in Cape Town. Your role involves creating a welcoming environment for customers, providing them with product knowledge, and ultimately driving sales. If you have a passion for retail and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Promote and upsell products to meet sales goals.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications or courses in Sales or Retail are a plus

Experience

• Prior retail experience is preferred

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems
• Inventory Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Knowledge of luxury brands: Experience in selling luxury or high-end retail products.
• Experience with social media marketing: Knowledge of how social media can drive sales and customer engagement.
