Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Lodging Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage rental agreements, handle tenant queries, and coordinate property maintenance to provide an exceptional experience for both tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Resolve tenant issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure upkeep.
  • Respond quickly to tenant inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to lease agreements and local regulations.
  • Collect and document rent payments accurately.
  • Implement marketing strategies for available properties.
  • Maintain budget reports and financial records.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced training in property management or real estate preferred
Experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in property management or a related field.
