As a Financial Analyst at our Johannesburg office, you will be responsible for providing critical insights based on financial data to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis on financial reports.
• Provide insights into cost management and revenue optimization.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closes.
• Evaluate financial systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with management to create financial strategies.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as required by management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance or Economics is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
