You will be responsible for designing and delivering creative architectural solutions for various projects. Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and public projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
• Collaborate extensively with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed.
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals to stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Oversee project developments from conception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
• Review and approve contractor submitted design implementations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architectural Design preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the architecture field, with a solid portfolio to show

• Design Software

Certifications

• Certificate in Sustainable Design

Languages

• English: Fluent
