UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
• Develop and iterate design concepts based on user feedback.
• Create accessible designs that follow best practices for inclusivity.
• Document design processes and rationales for future reference.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to analyze data and inform design decisions.
• Participate in design critiques to help improve overall team quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Advanced degrees are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a UX role

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Interaction Design Foundation Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent
