Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic 3D Visualization Architect to join our thriving team in Cape Town. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and technical skills to produce stunning architectural visualizations that captivate clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce realistic renderings and animations to illustrate design features and spatial relationships.
• Engage in continuous improvement of workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff in visualization techniques and software usage.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Attend client meetings and participate in design discussions to provide visual insights.
• Assist in the proposal process by developing stunning visuals for client presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• A diploma in 3D visualization is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural visualization

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Revit
• Virtual Reality

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with project management software: Knowledge of tools like Trello or Asana for task management.
