We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee our procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes. The successful candidate will ensure effective supply chain operations, optimize costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and drive improvements in the supply chain to enhance overall performance.
• Lead cross-departmental collaborations to streamline processes.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 6+ years in supply chain management with increasing responsibility

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
