We’re on the lookout for a diligent Chemical Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Richards Bay facility. You’ll be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, adhering to safety protocols, and leading a team to meet performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Ensure all production activities align with company quality standards.
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Support the implementation of new technologies and processes.
Collaborate closely with HR for workforce planning and training.
Act as a liaison between plant and corporate management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
At least 10 years in the chemical industry, with significant leadership experience.
