Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We're on the hunt for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations located in Pretoria. Your leadership will guide the team in ensuring that stock is accurately received, stored, and picked. Strong organizational skills paired with a hands-on approach are essential for achieving our operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the warehouse's operation to maintain efficiency.
• Manage product returns and ensure accurate documentation of issues.
• Conduct training sessions for compliance and safety protocols.
• Analyze inventory management systems to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager on strategic objectives.
• Provide support in inventory planning and budgeting.
• Promote a positive and motivated workplace atmosphere.
• Interface with IT to troubleshoot warehouse management software issues.

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP Systems: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems to enhance operational flow.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification: Possessing a Six Sigma certification or similar is a plus.
