Responsibilities

• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Participate in design reviews, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements in architecture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect certification
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
