• Facilitate contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Lead risk assessment and project mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in structural projects

Technical Skills

• Civil3D
• MS Office

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
