As an IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your expertise will help maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations, catering to a diverse range of clients in Durban. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and on-site.
  • Ensure all equipment is set up correctly and functioning properly.
  • Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks and other systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and tools.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalated issues.
  • Promote adherence to IT policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate user needs and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role
