Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations across our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with network troubleshooting and system backups.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve IT services.
  • Conduct regular checks of IT systems and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation of IT processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles with a focus on customer service
Technical Skills
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Remote Desktop Applications

Certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages
