The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles with a focus on customer service

Technical Skills

• ITIL Foundation
• Remote Desktop Applications

Soft Skills

• Customer Service Orientation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with VoIP systems: Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting VoIP phone systems.
