Job Description

We are currently seeking an Industrial Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will analyze and enhance operational efficiencies, working closely with production teams to ensure the optimal functioning of all systems. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of lean manufacturing principles are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify process bottlenecks and develop strategies to alleviate them.
• Perform time studies and productivity analyses to drive efficiencies.
• Work with teams to implement quality assurance measures.
• Drive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support the implementation of automation in production processes.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineering (PrEng) registration is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role
