Looking for an accomplished Investment Banker focused on delivering exceptional client results in Johannesburg. You will engage with various stakeholders to execute deals while managing client portfolios and developing strategic financial models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial statements and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in capital raising initiatives for clients.
• Coordinate due diligence processes for all investment proposals.
• Formulate detailed investment policies for clients' portfolios.
• Help prepare clients for investment meetings and presentations.
• Drive project management initiatives to ensure timely execution of financial transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting investment banking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or related field
