Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for our IT systems. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT help desk.
  • Provide effective solutions to technical problems.
  • Assist with network configuration and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT team on projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain IT documentation and knowledge database.
  • Support remote users with technical difficulties.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • IT diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A degree in Computer Science is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support roles
