Responsibilities

• Plan and execute freight operations, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
• Liaise with logistics providers for quotes and services.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Track and report on shipment statuses.
• Develop and implement best practices in logistics management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in freight coordination or logistics

Technical Skills

• Freight Software Proficiency
• Regulatory Knowledge

Advantageous

• Experience with CargoWise software: Familiarity with CargoWise or similar logistics software is an advantage.
