We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Administrator to manage and deliver IT support across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of hardware and software installations.
Responsibilities
Support and resolve IT-related incidents and requests for users effectively and professionally.
Maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Provide training to staff on best practices in using IT systems and hardware.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance.
Assist the IT team in implementing upgrades and new systems.
Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely.
Monitor and maintain network security measures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) are advantageous.

3+ years of experience in IT support and administration
