Responsibilities

• Track personal performance metrics and report findings to the coaching staff.
• Stay updated with the latest training techniques and sports science.
• Encourage and motivate fellow team members to reach their peak performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Sports Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in competitive sports or athletics

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Sports Coaching Certification
• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
