• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders for material sourcing.
• Utilize simulation software for chemical process design.
• Conduct chemical research to improve production outputs.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the engineering department.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Develop contingency plans for operational disruptions.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or similar
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in chemical engineering with a focus on process optimization.
