We're on the lookout for a diligent Financial Examiner who will play a pivotal role in monitoring compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act. This position entails developing and implementing strategies to promote community investment, ensuring that our financial institution effectively supports underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance assessments related to community investment regulations.

• Draft compliance-related documentation and policies.
• Participate in community events to enhance the bank's visibility.
• Advise on risk management strategies related to compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance or community development roles.
