Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in daily operations.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist in restocking.
• Participate in sales training and team meetings.
• Promote loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in retail or sales roles

Technical Skills

• Retail Management
• Sales Reporting

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team or mentoring new hires is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages: Fluency in languages other than English and Afrikaans will be an advantage.
