Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support our operational teams by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in production processes. This role involves conducting time studies, developing process maps, and using data analytics to inform decisions that improve efficiency across the board.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure efficiency.
• Work with product design teams to optimize manufacturability.
• Implement Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality.
• Analyze workflow data and recommend adjustments for optimal productivity.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports for management on production capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage and document change management processes.
