Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Durban team, to lead diverse projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be adept at managing stakeholder expectations and will possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create project documentation, including requirements, schedules, and progress reports.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Regularly report to upper management on project status.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
• Encourage a collaborative team environment.
• Enforce project management standards and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
• Facilitate conflict resolution among team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field
• PMP certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Budget Management

• Leadership

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
