• Evaluate existing manufacturing procedures and recommend improvements.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and lowering costs.
• Work closely with the production team to enhance product flow.
• Create detailed reports on process performance and improvements.
• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to improve product quality.
• Research and implement new technologies in manufacturing.
• Coordinate with quality assurance to maintain high engineering standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production lines.
• Act as a mentor for junior engineers and interns.
• Assist in the development and application of new production techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a related area
