Job Description

We are seeking a talented Visual Arts Producer to lead our creative projects in Pretoria. This role involves overseeing the art direction process, collaborating with artists, and ensuring that all visual content aligns with our brand's vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual arts and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce original artwork in alignment with project goals.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and resources for projects.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies that showcase creative projects.
• Prepare presentations for clients to communicate visual concepts.
• Foster a creative environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Direct photoshoots and video productions as needed.
• Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders into ongoing projects.
• Document and share lessons learned from completed projects to enhance future work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or similar
• Master's Degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in art production or creative project management

Languages

• English: Fluent
