As a Project Manager in our Johannesburg office, you'll be responsible for managing key projects that drive our business forward. You will work closely with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results while adhering to project specifications. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Design project execution strategies and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
• Lead project closure activities including documentation and evaluation.
• Evaluate vendor performance and develop improvement plans.
• Promote a positive project team environment based on open communication.
• Assess project alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing diverse projects
