Doctor (Physician)

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Doctor (Physician) to enhance our dedicated team in Cape Town. In this role, you will engage with patients, assess their medical needs, and develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall wellbeing of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient consultations and comprehensive care delivery.
• Evaluate patients’ health histories and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards.
• Support a team-oriented approach within the practice.
• Play an active role in quality improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior medical staff as required.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent Medical Degree
• Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years clinical experience preferred

• Patient Care Management

Certifications

• Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
