Job Description

Are you passionate about environmental protection? We are looking for an Environmental Engineer to play a key role in our Durban office. You will assess ecological data, engage in regulatory compliance, and implement sustainable practices that contribute to healthy ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental impact assessments for new initiatives.
  • Interface with governmental agencies regarding compliance and regulations.
  • Develop educational materials for clients regarding sustainability.
  • Research emerging environmental technologies and practices.
  • Foster partnerships with local organizations for community projects.
  • Analyze the ecological consequences of proposed projects.
  • Prepare grant proposals for funding environmental initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Environmental Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental assessments and project management
