Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and delivering compassionate care. You will have the opportunity to work in various departments and be actively involved in patient education and advocacy efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient discharge planning and community resource referrals.
• Assist in the training of junior nursing staff and support staff.
• Implement infection control measures and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
• Contribute to nursing quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Master’s degree in Nursing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Medication Administration

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in pediatric nursing is an advantage: Experience working with pediatric patients is beneficial.
