Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and delivering compassionate care. You will have the opportunity to work in various departments and be actively involved in patient education and advocacy efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care as per individual patient needs.
• Participate in patient rounding and promote patient engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide support for patients recovering from various medical procedures.
• Advocate for patient needs and rights within the healthcare system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Master’s degree in Nursing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Medication Administration

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
