Job Description

As the Information Systems Supervisor (IS Supervisor), you will oversee the technical infrastructure of our organization. Your role involves ensuring the smooth running of computer systems, along with guaranteeing data security and maintenance. You will manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring that all operations align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Lead the IT team in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g. CCNA, MCSE) preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or supervisory roles.
