Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering projects. You will be responsible for project design and implementation, ensuring compliance with industry standards while coordinating closely with various stakeholders. The ability to oversee budgeting and resource allocation effectively is essential to ensure a successful project outcome.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from conception through to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align project objectives.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Identify and manage project risks proactively.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and resolve conflicts.
• Enhance project management methodologies and share best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years in engineering project management

Technical Skills

• Lean Engineering
• MS Project

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
