We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our infrastructure and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer systems and applications as per company standards.
• Manage network configurations and monitor system performance.
• Provide training and support to staff on using new software and equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall IT service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends to ensure the company is using the best solutions.
• Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• IT Support Certificate
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Remote Desktop Support

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
