Investment Banking Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst in Johannesburg to work closely with our team on live transactions. You will assist in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to provide insight into various financial transactions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling for mergers and acquisitions.
• Evaluate existing business strategies and recommend improvements.
• Assist in quarterly and annual forecasting.
• Communicate findings and analyses clearly to senior staff.
• Support the deal execution process from start to finish.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree or CFA certification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
