Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing support to our users in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, have experience in IT support, and be adept at communicating technical information effectively. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in managing user accounts and access controls.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on IT policies and best practices.
  • Participate in the development of IT procedures and policies.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the organization's IT security posture.
  • Provide feedback on user requirements for new IT tools and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
  • Any relevant certifications such as A+, N+, or similar are a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
