Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auditor based in Johannesburg who will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will conduct audits, offer strategic advice, and develop risk management strategies. Strong analytical and communication skills will be essential in this challenging yet rewarding role.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex financial statements and assess risk management.
• Deliver comprehensive audit reports to management.
• Identify potential areas of weakness and suggest improvements.
• Work alongside financial teams to strengthen compliance practices.
• Engage in regular training sessions on new regulatory requirements.
• Review financial systems and assess their efficiency.
• Lead special audit projects as assigned by superiors.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA is an added benefit

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in auditing and compliance

• Data Analysis Tools

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
