Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our projects in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering results that meet client expectations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations ensuring high levels of service delivery.
• Liaise with medical professionals to support patient needs and care.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Manage budgeting, finance, and resource allocation effectively.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct staff assessments and facilitate training programmes.
• Respond to and resolve patient issues to foster satisfaction.
• Promote quality improvement standards across the healthcare facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Health Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing healthcare facilities

• Operational Management

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus
