Job Description

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to assist our valued customers in Cape Town. The position entails responding to inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will be a critical part of our customer service team, helping to resolve issues and provide support via phone and email.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
