UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical UX Designer who is excited about shaping user experiences. In this role, you will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance usability. Your designs will help define the direction of our user experiences, making a significant impact on our products.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Research and understand competitive products in the market.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Promote a user-centered design methodology throughout the organization.
• Document UX processes and design components for future reference.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Master's in Design Strategy or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
