Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • Review and verify physician orders for accuracy.
  • Advise patients on over-the-counter products.
  • Conduct health screenings and monitor patient health.
  • Engage in continuous education and professional development.
  • Assist with insurance claims and coverage issues.
  • Record and report medication errors per protocol.
  • Promote wellness activities in the community.
  • Participate in research and clinical trials if applicable.
  • Support pharmacy marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the pharmacy meets all legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy
