Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Music Director and Composer to lead our band. The successful candidate will oversee all musical arrangements, direct rehearsals, and collaborate with musicians to create unforgettable performances.

Responsibilities

• Direct rehearsals and live performances with precision and creativity.
• Compose and arrange original music to suit various events and performances.
• Oversee band operations, ensuring a cohesive and talented group of musicians.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field
• Certification in Music Education, Conducting, or related field is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Band Master or similar role

• Experience in recording and producing music: Skills in studio production and sound engineering.
