We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high service standards, and optimizing hotel performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise all hotel staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Manage hotel budgets and financials, optimizing performance to meet revenue targets.
  • Create an inviting and safe atmosphere for guests and staff.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead weekly operational meetings to discuss performance metrics and guest feedback.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage guest preferences and feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Revenue Management Proficient in managing hotel revenue and pricing strategies.
  • Staff Management High-level skills in managing, training, and retaining staff.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Adept at identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)

  • Experience using property management systems (PMS): Knowledge and practical experience with popular PMS software.
