We're looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to drive excellence at our Cape Town hotel. Your role will include staff management, guest relations, and strategic planning to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all hotel staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Manage hotel budgets and financials, optimizing performance to meet revenue targets.
  • Create an inviting and safe atmosphere for guests and staff.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead weekly operational meetings to discuss performance metrics and guest feedback.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage guest preferences and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel management or operations
